Our Mission

Building software shouldn't take 6 months.

That's the reason RASS exists.

Speed is the only real competitive advantage for a startup.

And most agencies are taking it away from you.

They sell 3-to-6 month timelines. Teams of 5-to-8 people. Juniors learning on your project. Project managers translating meetings between you and whoever actually writes the code.

Meanwhile, your idea isn't in the market. Your customers aren't validating. Your money is burning on overhead.

There's another way.

Why is 30 days possible?

Because 10 years of experience + AI let you skip the 6-month discovery phase.

In a traditional agency, the first weeks are chaos: a team of people who've never worked together, trying to understand a new project, with juniors needing constant supervision.

There's no chaos here. It's me. With 10 years architecting production software, 50+ products shipped across 10 industries, and a suite of AI tools that automate everything repetitive.

The result: the work of a 3-person team, in 1/3 the time, with the quality of a senior architect.

It's not magic. It's experience + the right tools.

We don't build an MVP for everyone.

We build the MVP for your company.

Most agencies try to build "everything the client asks for" — it's easier to bill that way. But the best MVPs aren't the most complete. They're the most focused.

An MVP that solves one single bottleneck has a much higher chance of finding traction than one that tries to be everything to everyone.

That's why the first step is always the Discovery Call. I need to understand what the real problem is — not the feature list you imagined.

Who we work with

  • Founders who need to validate an idea with real users
  • SMBs that want to digitize a specific process
  • Established companies that need a new product without distracting their in-house team
  • Traditional businesses still operating on Excel and spreadsheets

Who we don't work with

  • Clients who want to rewrite their entire company in 30 days
  • Projects without a clear problem to solve
  • Clients looking for the lowest price instead of the best result
  • Projects that require taking shortcuts on quality

Being selective isn't arrogance, it's the only way to guarantee what we ship actually works.

Ramm Alvarez

Who's behind RASS.

The first 6 years: I ran my own software consultancy. I built over 50 tools for industries as different as manufacturing, construction, real estate, SaaS, car rentals, mechanical and dental supplies. I learned something key: the best projects didn't come from the client with the biggest budget. They came from the client with the clearest problem.

The last 4 years: I worked as a Senior Software Engineer at US startups. Most recently, at Routefusion, a fintech processing global payments. I architected systems moving millions of transactions per day. I learned something new: startups that move fast aren't smarter, they eliminate everything that isn't critical to moving forward.

Now: Combining both experiences. The architectural discipline of enterprise fintech + the execution speed of an agile consultancy. That's RASS.

Is your project a fit?
