If there's a fit, I explain how we move forward. If not, you get an honest recommendation on how to proceed — even if that means not working with me.
How to prepare.
You don't need a perfect requirements document. But it helps to come thinking about:
- The problem you want to solve (not the solution you imagined)
- Who will use the product and how they do it today
- What happens if you don't build it (your status quo)
- A desired timeline (when you need to ship)
- An approximate budget (to avoid wasting both our time if there's no fit)

If there's no fit
- You receive an honest recommendation (another agency, another approach, etc.)
